This week's material

This week we will cover Marketing Research and Personalization. If I cannot upload the ppt slides I will print them out and bring them to class.

Class canceled wednesday

Due to the deteriorating weather I have decided to cancel class for today. I also think we are in good shape in terms of keeping up with the course content so canceling today is not going to be a big deal.

I would ask you to use the time you would have had in class today to make sure you are uptodate with all your outside of class assignments.

For friday we will cover chapters 5 - 9 of Naked Conversations as well as discuss the Free Marketing Framework (Three Circles), both cited in yesterday's post below. I want you to come to class with additional examples of both Free Marketing and Engagement Marketing. Feel free to blog either too on your blog (in lieu of no class today).
